Box Office Opening Hours

The Plowright Box Office is now only open for performances and will open an hour before performance start.

The main box office is now at the Baths Hall, Doncaster Road, Scunthorpe DN15 7RG.

Box Office Opening hours are:

Monday – Friday 10:30 am – 4pm
(Please note, our Box Office is closed on Bank Holidays.)

Saturday 12 noon to 4pm (Excluding August)

Group Bookings

Looking to book for a group at any of our shows? Please enquire at the Box Office for possible discounts for parties of 10 or more and school groups. Please email [email protected]

Booking Fee

Tickets for events at The Baths Hall and The Plowright Theatre are subject to fees. This applies to all sales routes. The 12.5% service charge per ticket pays for the technology infrastructure, telephone lines, credit/debit card processing services, distribution network, merchant charges, labour and other costs associated with arranging and managing ticket inventory and servicing a ticket transaction. The Facility Fee assists us to maintain and improve our building for the benefit of those who visit the venue and pays for the extensive security measures added for public safety.  Delivery charges may apply for tickets not purchased in person at the venue.

Customer Admission

All entry constitutes consent to search.

No backpacks, holdalls, suitcases will be admitted into the venue. The patron will be refused entry if they attempt to enter the venue with the prohibited item.

Patrons with accessible and medical requirements/equipment will be considered on an individual basis but are encouraged to contact the venue in advance for ease of entry.

There will be no temporary storage facilities for such items within the venue and it will be left to the patron to find a safe temporary facility to hold the item. The venue will not be responsible for late admission or non-admission as a result of this policy.

Concession Rates

Where these are available, concession rates can be claimed by full time students, unemployed, retired over 60s and under 16s. Proof of eligibility will be required.

Babes in Arms tickets can be collected in person from The Box Office, these cannot be ordered online but can be collected when you arrive at either venue. These are available for children aged 18 months and below children older than 18 months will require a ticket.

Personal Assistant Tickets

Where patrons with disabilities need a personal assistant to attend an event with them, the combined cost will be equivalent to the full cost of one ticket. Please see the access page for full details.

Posting Tickets

Tickets that are booked through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster will be dispatched by them. Please see their website for more details www.ticketmaster.co.uk. If you have not received your tickets 5 days before the event, please contact them.

Show Timings

Show timings are subject to continual update. We endeavour to provide accurate showtimes however we strongly advise that you check the timings nearer to the show date, these can be found on our website and are posted via our social media channels on the day of the show, along with any amendments. All times are subject to change.

Terms & Conditions Of Sale

Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later. Once purchased, tickets can only be refunded in line with our terms and conditions; under normal circumstances, this is only when an event is cancelled. Please click here for our Terms and conditions.
