The Baths Hall

Since opening in November 2011, The Baths Hall has worked with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry, including promoters such as SJM Concerts, Live Nation, Avalon Entertainment, Off The Kerb, DHP Concerts, Phil McIntyre Entertainment, Bill Kenwright Ltd, and Birmingham Stage Company.

The venue's flexibility is its strength. With retractable seating, the venue can cater for an audience of 1,000 in fully seated mode, or 1,800 with a standing floor and seated balcony.

The Baths Hall has a stage area of 22 x 10 metres, is technically very well equipped with state-of-the-art PA and lighting systems, and an experienced technical team.

There are exceptionally good backstage facilities for artists and crew, and a fully enclosed and lockable loading bay large enough to accommodate a 45ft trailer, with a large, open platform lift from loading bay to stage level. We have a non-public, gated, and lockable car park compound with 40 car parking spaces plus additional room for larger vehicles and tour buses, and a fully fitted professional kitchen on site.

Plowright Theatre

This traditional proscenium-style theatre with a 330 capacity auditorium, is perfect for comedy, small music gigs, family shows and other entertainment.

The theatre has a stage of 11m x 6.6m, hemp flying and an integrated sound and lighting system. There is a gated and lockable car park compound with nine parking spaces, or access for a single coach or HGV. There are three dressing rooms, with capacity for 26 people.

Weddings

The Baths Hall can also host your wedding. Our main auditorium can accommodate up to 400 guests with an additional 150 guests in our lounge areas. We're a perfect and unique setting to host Asian, multicultural and other large-scale weddings. Our team are proud to help honour your cultural traditions and ceremonies ensuring your special day is perfect. With its beautiful theatre setting, an impressive stage, and professional theatre lighting, our venue offers an exceptional blank canvas, to work with your suppliers to create a truly individual, one-of-a-kind day. We also have full professional kitchen, so you can choose your own caterer to deliver your perfect wedding food.

Conferences & Corporate Events

The Baths Hall offers the ideal setting for conferences and corporate events of all sizes. Our spacious auditorium is perfect for hosting large-scale professional events, comfortably seating up to 400 people. The venue also offers multiple breakout spaces for more focused discussions or smaller group activities. We have hosted events for some of the region's biggest businesses, as well as large-scale job fairs, exhibitions, conventions and award ceremonies.

Our lounge areas and meeting rooms come in various sizes, and our team will guide you to the space that best suits your needs - whether for smaller meetings, training sessions, or casual networking.

Charity Dinners

We have proudly hosted many charity dinners, with some organisers returning year after year for their special event. We offer the perfect setting for a memorable and grand experience. Our large-capacity venue can comfortably host up to 400 guests, with ample space for a dance floor. Whether you're planning a themed occasion or a formal-dining event, our versatile venue can transform and adapt to your vision. Our spacious stage, with theatre lighting, is ideal for keynote speakers, live entertainment, bands, or charity auctions. We understand that food is essential to any successful charity dinner, and our fully equipped kitchen allows you to bring in the caterer of your choice, giving you the flexibility to enjoy a meal that perfectly complements your evening.
