Concessionary Rates
We offer concessionary tickets for selected events - concessions can be claimed by full time students, unemployed, under 16s, and retired over 65s. Only one concession applies. Proof of eligibility may be required.
Group Bookings
Looking to book for a group at any of our shows? Please enquire at Box Office for possible discounts for parties of 10 or more and school groups.
Accessibility
Please contact the Box Office if you have any specific Access requirements, and our staff will be pleased to help. Full details about booking tickets, our access registration scheme, and our venues' accessibility are included on the Access page.
Family Friendly
Scunthorpe Theatres aspires to make all of our customers welcome, no matter how small, and we really hope that our younger visitors become regulars at our theatres. Children older than 18 months will require a ticket, but in consideration of our audience and performers, we just ask that those under the age of 3 are only admitted to shows aimed at the very young. For those under 18 months, babes-in-arms tickets are available in person from the Box Office for selected shows (collection before the show). Our staff are trained to be aware of the needs of breast-feeding mothers, and we also have baby changing facilities on the ground floor.
Your Tickets
Your Tickets To help us do our bit for the environment, we would love you to use our eTicket option. We send the tickets directly to your inbox, and you present them to our staff to scan, from your mobile phone. But should you need to, the e-tickets can also be printed off, or we can post regular theatre tickets to you. To reduce ticketing fraud, we do NOT accept screenshots of tickets. Please check all tickets at the time of purchase. By purchasing our tickets, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Booking Fees
All tickets for events are subject to booking fees. This helps pay for technology and telephone costs, credit/debit card processing charges, labour and other costs associated with servicing the ticket transaction. This income also helps us to maintain and improve our buildings for the benefit of those who visit the venue, and pays for security measures added for public safety. Booking Fees are £2.50 per ticket for professional shows, and £1.00 per ticket for amateur and community performances. An additional delivery charge may be made if you would like tickets posting to you.
Gift Vouchers
We sell our own Scunthorpe Theatres Gift Vouchers redeemable on any of our live performances, and available in any value. Buy for friends or family, by simply clicking below to add these to your basket. Gift Vouchers
Refunds & Exchanges
You can exchange your tickets for another performance up to 48 hours before a show, if you are no longer able to attend the performance, and your booking is not greater than ten tickets, for a fee of £1 per ticket. For groups over ten people, tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable.
Ticketmaster
If you originally purchased tickets through Ticketmaster, our own Box Office is unable to change or amend your order. Please contact them directly via the Ticketmaster website.
