Where we are aware of shows times, these will be posted on each individual event page, and via our social media channels on the day of the show. But please note, that timings can be subject to change and finish times are approximate.
Latecomers will be admitted to the auditorium at the discretion of our Duty Managers. Some performances have a strict 'no latecomers' policy and we are unable to offer refunds if you miss the performance start time. We would advise you to consider possible traffic delays or parking difficulties when planning your journey.
As a responsible entertainment venue, the duty of care to our young visitors is paramount. So, all children under 14, must be accompanied by an adult for the full duration of a show, unless shows are specifically aimed at a younger audience. We ask that the accompanying adult determine the suitability of the event for their children, and we are not able to refund tickets in circumstances where the event, is subsequently deemed unsuitable. In addition, some events may have specific age restrictions, which will be noted on each individual event page.
Food & Drink
We don't permit food and drinks of any kind to be brought into the venue, except where there is a specific medical requirement. In these circumstances, you should contact the venue in advance of their visit, so arrangements can be made with staff.
Filming & Photography
The unauthorised use of cameras, video and other forms of recording equipment, including iPads and tablets, is prohibited.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere within Scunthorpe Theatres.
