Inspiring Futures in STEM The Women into Manufacturing and Engineering (WiME) programme is a dynamic, business-led initiative in the Humber region. Our mission is to ignite passion and open doors for girls and women considering careers in STEM - spanning manufacturing, engineering, construction, digital, and renewables.

We know that 'it's difficult to be what you cannot see'. We will have many women from locally based companies available to speak with you about their careers, how they got them and explain the different career paths.

We are inviting women who want to switch to a new industry or re-start their careers plus parents and guardians with their daughters. You will be able to explore immediate employment opportunities and possible future options.
