The Baths Hall and The Plowright Theatre are managed by SMG (UK) Ltd. SMG is one of the world’s largest international venue operators. The two venues are the latest additions to SMG’s UK theatres division, which also includes The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester, the Journal Tyne Theatre in Newcastle, Whitley Bay Playhouse and York Barbican.

SMG is seeking to recruit a highly skilled and motivated team to operate The Baths Hall. Led by the General Manager, our team will be responsible for delivering an outstanding quality of service to our customers, our visiting artists and our conference clients.
