We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings. We do not conduct marketing activities by telephone.

If you have elected not to receive marketing communications from us, we may still contact you about your booking or with information relevant to the event you are attending, such as information about transport issues, artistic changes or a concert cancellation. This information will usually be sent by post or by email; we will only telephone you where circumstances dictate this is the most appropriate form of communication.

If you receive information by email, each message sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us (unsubscribe). If you have an online account with us, you can update your preferences at any time by logging on to your account and following the ‘My Account’ link on our website.

If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via our system or purporting to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email with your comments to box@scunthorpetheatres.co.uk for review.
